Prestige Reserve

This bold and complex bottle-fermented bubbly, developed according to the age-old French technique, results in an unmistakably luxurious taste experience. Hand-picked healthy grapes are gently pressed to extract only the cuvee – the best quality juice. Before blending, the Chardonnay is fermented in used oak barrels for extra complexity and sophistication. Thereafter Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are added to the blend followed by extended lees contact which rounds off this vibrant new offering for the discerning palette.

This luxury MCC has been on the lees for several years resulting in a rich, creamy, yeasty nose, with a refreshing mouthfeel balanced by an impression of mature sweetness. Powerful and rich to drink now, but it will continue to improve for up to 3 years.

Brut Rosé NV

The vibrant effervescent BNG MCC Rosé embodies the passion and charm of South Africa’s darling, Bonang Matheba. Bursting from the hills of Stellenbosch’s most famed wine producing farms, the bounty of the region is transformed by expert consultant and Cape Wine Master, Jeff Grier. Hand harvested to ensure minimal bruising, the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grape varieties are blended in age old French techniques that develop the flavours and naturally occurring bubbles to deliver a product of ultimate elegance and sophistication. In this rosé, the assemblage – art and science of combining the three grape varieties – is enlivened by the addition of red wine, creating a fruitful bouquet and a blush pink colour palette, exuding romance and sensuality.

This bottle of fermented bubbly has a cheerful, rich and fruity character suggestive of strawberries. Lively bubbles, rich in flavour and ends with a long, creamy finish.
